With this 8-week class plan you will gain access to one smaller group class per week across 2 months (£18/class).

This is a great option if you are looking to return to Pilates post-birth, want to meet other likeminded mums, and work on regaining strength and mobility before returning to regular classes.

Classes can be deferred if you cannot make the class, however please give us 48 hours notice so we can rebook you.

With this 12-week class plan you will gain two postural assessments (weeks 1 and 12), and access to two smaller group classes per week (24 classes across 3 months, £13.5 per class).

The initial postural assessment will help you understand your strength and flexibility across your entire anatomy, and the second postural assessment will bring awareness to any changes in your strength and range of motion.

This is a great option if you are looking to increase your strength or flexibility with measurable results.
